Vincent Wu holds a degree from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology and a Master of Finance from the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He currently serves as the Deputy Director of the National Technology Transfer Hainan Center.

He has held senior sales management positions at leading multinational corporations including IBM, BSI, and Siemens. In the investment sector, he served as Senior Investment Manager at General (Beijing) Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., the investment arm of China General Technology Group, and later as President of Zeshan (Wuhan) Investment Management Co., Ltd.

With over eight years of experience in private equity fund management and more than 15 years of leadership experience, he brings deep expertise in strategic investment, enterprise growth, and cross-sector collaboration.
