Roberto Mauro leads Pasqal’s business in Asia Pacific.

With 30 years of experience in strategy, business development, and innovation across high-tech industries, he has been at the forefront of global technology revolutions, shaping ecosystems in quantum, AI, and digital.

Before joining Pasqal, Roberto spent two decades driving innovation, open collaboration, and investment in emerging technologies. As Managing Director Europe at Samsung Strategy & Innovation Center, he led partnerships in quantum and AI, set up offices in Paris and Berlin to connect with European innovation hubs. He actively contributed to initiatives like the Tech for Good Summit, promoting ethical technology development.

Earlier in his career, Roberto worked in business development in Europe and Asia for leading European and US high-tech companies.

A U.S. and Italian citizen, he holds an MSc in Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Milan and an MBA from IMD Lausanne.
