Dr. Eric T. Holland is the General Manager and Strategic Initiative Lead for Quantum at Keysight, a leading technology company that delivers advanced design, validation, and test solutions to help innovators connect and secure the world.

With over 20 years of experience in quantum technologies, Dr. Holland is a distinguished leader renowned for his unique blend of business insight and technical acumen, which has unlocked new quantum applications and verticals. Since joining Keysight in 2020, he has held multiple leadership roles within the quantum team and now sets the company-wide quantum business and technology roadmaps.

Under Dr. Holland's leadership, his team achieved a significant industry milestone by deploying the first commercial quantum control systems at the 256-qubit scale at Fujitsu, as part of the RIKEN Quantum Computing Center, and at the 1,000-qubit scale at Japan’s National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) Global Research and Development Center for Business by Quantum-AI Technology (G-QuAT).

Dr. Holland is passionate about cultivating the quantum ecosystem in the US and globally. He serves on the Quantum Economic Development Consortia (QED-C) Executive Steering Committee, participates in Japan’s Quantum Strategic Industry Alliance for Revolution (Q-STAR), and partners with Singapore’s National Quantum Office, Quantum Engineering Program, Centre for Quantum Technologies, National Quantum Computing Hub, and their subsequent projects.

Dr. Holland holds a Ph.D. from Yale University and a B.A. in Physics from Saint Anselm College.
