Dylan Josh Lopez is the Director for Collaboration and Partnerships at the Quantum Computing Society of the Philippines (QCSP) and a research affiliate at De La Salle University, where he supports collaborative initiatives in quantum technology and innovation. He is also a managing partner at Post Quantum Technologies Inc., focusing on quantum cybersecurity. He serves as a technical panelist for DOST-PCIEERD and a member of the DTI Bureau of Standards on Quantum Technology committee. Dylan holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Philippines and has over seven years of experience in academia and innovation as a university researcher. He earned his master's degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering. He is pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering in Taiwan, specializing in industrial quantum computing applications for the energy sector. His recent works include contributing to the NVIDIA Developer ecosystem through published blog articles and technical content on quantum-classical hybrid computing. He remains active in talent development and collaborative research under QCSP and other institutions, including part-time teaching roles. His work has produced several peer-reviewed publications on quantum applications and education, presented across Asia and North America. He is also the author of multiple quantum research initiatives in the Philippines, with total funding exceeding USD 700,000.
